Professional Harp Customer Insights

1. Furthermore, they do not allow you to play sharps or flats, which you would either do through tuning or the pedals depending on the type of harp.Ok wow I installed it...what?! All the chords are the same freaking color! If a real harp would look like that it would be a nightmare to play it.

2. Also the graphic is not good.Like it quite a bit, though strings are so damn narrow, it could do with a sidescreen mode.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Professional Harp Issues

1. Fix Professional Harp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Professional Harp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Professional Harp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Professional Harp" » Open Professional Harp » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Professional Harp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Professional Harp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Professional Harp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Professional Harp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Professional Harp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Professional Harp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Professional Harp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Professional Harp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Professional Harp not working


2. Fix Professional Harp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Professional Harp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Professional Harp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Professional Harp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
