1. Anyway, only wanted to use True money because 7 Eleven still doesn't allow people to pay by simply scanning a QR CODE like any other shops... What a shame they are trying to force people to use TrueMoney.No matter the lighting or angle, the passport refuses to scan.

2. I've been trying to scan my documents for registration but it keep saying blurred or reflective light even though there's none.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrueMoney Issues

1. Fix TrueMoney Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrueMoney: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrueMoney App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrueMoney" » Open TrueMoney » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrueMoney » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrueMoney app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrueMoney servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrueMoney" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrueMoney app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrueMoney might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrueMoney. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrueMoney then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrueMoney not working


2. Fix TrueMoney Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrueMoney be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrueMoney not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrueMoney may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, on 02 July I transferred 100 THB to the TrueMoney account of my friend 0658500963. On 16 July I transferred again 100 THB to my friend. Both transfers never arrived ! The two transfers have been made from my bank account of Kasikorn. I have the receipts of the transfers. Can you contact me by email please ? Thank you. Christian Vanier
