1. Anyway, only wanted to use True money because 7 Eleven still doesn't allow people to pay by simply scanning a QR CODE like any other shops... What a shame they are trying to force people to use TrueMoney.No matter the lighting or angle, the passport refuses to scan.
2. I've been trying to scan my documents for registration but it keep saying blurred or reflective light even though there's none.
3. And he got personal details everything I can't used I can't work ..Could not scan my face during the registration process.
4. I had tried to renew docs with the customer service but that didn't help.
5. And even if I choose English as language, some instructions keep showing in Thai.Try so many times to register and never success with the ID registration.
6. No customer service portal to contact except for 1240This app is getting turning for the worst.
7. Had to did it several times but no help from 7-11 or customer service 4.
8. Total nonsense.It's unused unopened app don't allow to install your phone because it's doesn't work any things else.
9. So I call customer service.
10. Very Useless app ever.I've had so many difficulties with this service just to be able to continue using it.
11. I used it for 2 years and have to stopAwful service, awful process.
I want to cancel my truemoney subscription because it is not useful to me.

Hello, on 02 July I transferred 100 THB to the TrueMoney account of my friend 0658500963. On 16 July I transferred again 100 THB to my friend. Both transfers never arrived !
