1. Had to replace all devices with Smart Life compatible units.Well, i had trouble setting up router with wifi/IR receiver, but i did it.. had to put mi router antenna right on wifi receiver in order to read it.. but app is fine, works just like physical remote..Terrible. 2/3 Bulbs arrived broken.
2. Half the time Google Home says "TechLufe isn't available right now" or "hallway lights are not available", TechLife app also shows them as off-line.
3. Says "user already exists" when i am forced to re register while it also doesnt let me log in saying "must activate account first".. which is after i just did and it says "activated".
4. It was easy to setup using AP mode BUT, will not turn on and off my lights on programmed schedule.
5. Then wont log in saying "must register", then i cant register because its saved my number and says "already registered".
6. Don't let the phone turn off during pairingIt is not possible to register, either via phone or email.
7. Emailed the support email address on Play and as yet, no response.A horrible, slow, clunky, half-finished mess of an app.
8. If you get stuck on set-up, make sure the lights are quickly changing color, that's how you know its is pairing mode.
9. The lights lose connection with TechLife and Google Home on an almost daily basis, after which I have to pretty much set everything up again, which is quite a nuisance.
10. Hope they can tell me.Does not pair with my phone, the blinking barely lasts till the app has searched 12%, same in AP mode.
11. Lights will randomly just turn on and constantly have to re-pair it.
