1. Funny thing is, whenever I call costumer service department, they tell me to log in and find my answers to my account details on the app!Does not work after last update.
2. I changed the password through forgot password link, now after using the new password it shows a message to click update to proceed, but the app is already up to date.
3. i will give less than zero to Najm.It used to work fine but the last couple of weeks it is not working, showing update is available.
4. when you enter your username password and click, it says a new version is available and click to update.
5. Even reinstalling the app several times dosent work!! Dont be tugged into using the card and its app... Even after 1000 times reporting they just don't care... Worst IT Solution for this companyI've downloaded the app 2 times now and each time it won't even get me to the landing page.
6. my credit card payment amount got debited from bank and there was a blank page is displayed on najm mobile app.

10. People after making payment don't check their accounts whether the amount has been bounced back.
11. I just cant login!!!!! I reinstalled the app and finally it allowed me to login using touch but i get this message: NO DATA TO ACT ONthis is worst app.
