1. It feels like the alerts sometimes struggle to capture the new base price once alert has been triggered.It's a great little app! The information I want, clear graphs, easy to use interface, and minimal ads... except for the occasional obligatory full screen video ad.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bitcoin Ticker Widget" » Open Bitcoin Ticker Widget » click "Update".

3. Clear Bitcoin Ticker Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bitcoin Ticker Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bitcoin Ticker Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bitcoin Ticker Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bitcoin Ticker Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bitcoin Ticker Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bitcoin Ticker Widget then reinstall.
