1. I just found sound birth! I've been looking for another music distribution company lately and I had came across this app! So far everything is good I just couldn't upload a different picture besides that it all looks great! I see they are a great opportunity and I can distribute my music for free! I've struggled with my previous music distribution company many different times over some different music tracks which had perfect sound quality.

Nothing happens over night.Too low quality if you really want to simply upload music to Spotify when starting out, had to make the cover art bigger (not really big deal) but can't upload the file without starting free trial/paying premium becuase it's too big even though it says it needs to be a wav but thar makes it much larger which is stupid on the apps part.

3. Also just janky, even when selecting a different song which is shorter and smaller, still can't upload, expected better from a supposedly good music distribution.I was randomly banned with no warning for "abuse" of the app and its services yet I had used it much less frequently.

4. Not worth it anymore.Good app, but very annoying! I tried to upload my cover art to make a song, and I made sure it was 3000x3000 px, and it didn't work! I tried over and over, and even made one with 6000x6000px, and it still didn't work! Fix this now!"It's nice" Update: I'm updating this cause soundbirth surprised me for God used them in taking me up high.

1. Restart SoundBirth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SoundBirth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoundBirth" » Open SoundBirth - Music Agency » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoundBirth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SoundBirth - Music Agency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoundBirth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoundBirth - Music Agency" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SoundBirth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoundBirth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SoundBirth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoundBirth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoundBirth not working

2. Fix SoundBirth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoundBirth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoundBirth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoundBirth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
