1. Transactions for credit cards specifically have been overly muddled to made it harder to see what has been processed and what is still pending, and which of those are currently being counted towards your total.

2. In my damn banking app?! All in all, a huge downgrade from where it was before.I get it - this isn't a national bank with huge resources to spend on an app - but I would rather have an app that works well and looks dated (pre-redesign) than what I'm working with now.

9. The one knock I have is that the description fields for various transactions like transfers only allow some absurdly small number of characters.

10. Also, the bar at the bottom of the screen (accounts, transfers) doesn't fit and isn't fully visible.The app is easy to use and intuitive.

11. I can find my account # and routing number, I can contact star one easily.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Star One CU Issues

1. Fix Star One CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star One CU" » Open Star One CU » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star One CU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Star One CU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star One CU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star One CU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Star One CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star One CU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Star One CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star One CU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star One CU not working
