1. Transactions for credit cards specifically have been overly muddled to made it harder to see what has been processed and what is still pending, and which of those are currently being counted towards your total.
2. In my damn banking app?! All in all, a huge downgrade from where it was before.I get it - this isn't a national bank with huge resources to spend on an app - but I would rather have an app that works well and looks dated (pre-redesign) than what I'm working with now.
3. No announcement of a schedule to fix this mess has been made by Star One.
4. Etc.I have been a customer of Star One for over 40 years.
5. I haven't been to a location in years.6/1/22 The useful functions were degraded.
6. They always help me when there has been fraudulent charges, all fees are low or zero, and it has the highest dividends I've seen.
7. I was reluctant to start mobil banking at first; however, mobil banking is safe, easy, and convenient.
8. Illogical topic lines have been added with obscure functions as top choices.
9. The one knock I have is that the description fields for various transactions like transfers only allow some absurdly small number of characters.
10. Also, the bar at the bottom of the screen (accounts, transfers) doesn't fit and isn't fully visible.The app is easy to use and intuitive.
11. I can find my account # and routing number, I can contact star one easily.
