Why should I report an Issue with Worldshade - day & night map?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

(5) Light bands on the globe just like on the day/night bar display (dawn,sun rise, dusk, twilight etc) Excellent work thanks very much :)Have always loved this app, however since last update the widgets won't auto update, I've checked settings and it will only 'allow while using the app' there is no option to allow all the time like other widgets.

2. 5*s.Experience is good, however cant you built one more 1×1 size widget that will occupy less screen space? Thanks for your response, I know that the size of the widget can be made 1*1 by drag n Pull method, however the blank space it consumes apart from the actual widget is quite a space, i suggest you to eliminate these blank spaces from both sides of the widget.Just what I was looking for.

3. How about all of the satellites? Then, we could see where they are visible.Vvvvvvvv informative,I Deserve 10 stars if current time of selected area is displayed in bar.please free all features without premium.Great visualization of day/night.

Two observations: I would also like to be able to set the location manually (by City name) and also could the colors be a little more vivid / saturated, please ?I wish you had a option to have city lights on when it's night time and be able to make it a little bit smaller but otherwise I like it.

1. Fix Worldshade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Worldshade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Worldshade App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Worldshade" » Open Worldshade - day & night map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Worldshade » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Worldshade - day & night map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Worldshade servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Worldshade - day & night map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Worldshade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Worldshade might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Worldshade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Worldshade then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Worldshade not working

2. Fix Worldshade Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Worldshade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Worldshade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Worldshade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
