Why should I report an Issue with Cape Skins for Minecraft?

1. I pressed instal and it said to restart minecraft i wasnt in minecraft yet so i went in and the skin i clicked on was on me! It didnt have a custom cape but the skin didnt have a cape so i cant blame them for that, if it doesnt work for you i dont know what to say but that it worked for me!This app is cool but I have 1 problem the capes are not moving and when I run it still does not move so I hope you will fix that beause this app is good so thats all.This thing is great! But it's kinda not working to others but me and him are not effective to it! Great job for the app! Also pls update it so it's not so laggy and doesn't work to others?Doesn't work.

I'm disappointed and very angry!I really dislike this app cause it doesn't change the cape's skin then the skin in the app is crashedThis is letrelly not working the original cape doesn't come with the skin and when u run with original cape it moves but this app has a fake capesI wish you could yous skins you already have and just add a cape.

3. TBC...Ok so this app is good, when i clicked on a skin and saved it a add poped up i was fine with it since you need adds to make money for the game.

4. When I tried to save my first skin, it took me three attempts and I am still trying to save my second.

6. Don't download.When you'd try to install something like a skin it would put up a ad, or when you try to save something it would put up a ad too.I don't even know why I downloaded this anymore.

1. Fix Cape Skins Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cape Skins: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cape Skins App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cape Skins" » Open Cape Skins for Minecraft » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cape Skins » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cape Skins for Minecraft app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cape Skins servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cape Skins for Minecraft" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cape Skins app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cape Skins might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cape Skins. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cape Skins then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cape Skins not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cape Skins be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cape Skins not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cape Skins may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
