1. The developer contact email listed on the play store does not exist in the domains directory so you cant report bugs/faults.What a poor app for a great brand, the main screen was half blank and the newsletter subscription pop up wasn't going any were even if u clicked on the X buttonI downloaded the app and it didn't appear as anything when I opened the app, it said please wait and then loaded a bar with some writing on which were the current deals but otherwise a blank screenThe worst app ever.

2. Strangely it was both upside down and flipped left over right so even if I turned the phone upside down the writing was inverted! No response from customer service.App doesn't work, I cant interact with the app at all and it only displays on half the screen anyway.

3. Please fix it, thanks.This app is horrible!! I downloaded and uninstalled this app 3 times and all 3 times I only got half a screen so I couldn't accept the cookies and couldn't browse anything either.

4. It's really weird you can slide the screen, but you cannot touch the button.

5. Kinda bummed it didn't work.Disappointing. Only shows half the app at any one time.

6. The person or company that created this app should be ashamed.Disappointed everything upside down and back to front.

7. Please rectify the issue.This UX so bad, It's not responding for allowed the cookies or press the icon.

8. The screen cannot be touch.

9. So you must be in landscape mode and you can view the full Display.

10. Only half of the Display shows when in portrait mode.

11. I wasn't even able to browse the shoes before uninstalling the app.

1. Fix Timberland Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Timberland: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Timberland App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Timberland" » Open Timberland:Boots & Shoes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Timberland » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Timberland:Boots & Shoes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Timberland servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Timberland:Boots & Shoes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Timberland app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Timberland might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Timberland. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Timberland then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Timberland not working

2. Fix Timberland Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Timberland be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Timberland not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Timberland may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
