1. It's a scam!! I paid for a premium subscription, but I am not allowed to send message to someone who has "liked" me back.Will give 3 star due to unable to find specific chats, no sorting according to distance which can help search back who is nearest to us, omi need to improve on this app alot to make it even better,I haven't used the app much since mid 2022, but when I tried logging on again recently, it just banned me and gave me a reason of "Publishing, disseminating, disseminating advertising information, fraudulent information, information that induces consumption and spam." But when I asked them to show me the messages to see if somebody hacked my account or not, they stopped responding flat outright.

I set distance filter to 10km but it still showed people from more than 200km Cannot directly open the profile of the users who posted on Moments by clicking their namesThe app has good features, and I would have given it 5 stars, if not for the fact that they have a crazy customer service who don't seem to understand English - my profile bio was removed by them because I wrote "my cooking skill sucks"😳 Despite explaining the words are not offensive, they keep removing my profile wordings.

Quite good experience with this app for almost one year even tho i didn't find someone special yet...telepath function is good to find friend it's just always lagging and easily disconnected when you got weak network...it's just that now i hate that telepath can no longer call people for more than 10min and then the limit is 30min...i dont think the limit is useful so i hope the telepath function can be improved...as for scam harassment bots etc yeah ofc you've gotta beware of those people alsoThis app will not match you with anyone that have liked you before, so it's pointless.

4. Also I can recall the profile of a girl asking for respect and calling certain people "trash" which is the least scary.

5. Besides, the app's profile data requires irrelevant info like blood type, vaccination status, instead of info like whether one is unmarried, divorced, has kids or not etc.

6. Many of the profiles are from rude people, in their description they mention horrible things which will scare off anyone.

7. What false prompt is this.Terrible! Just downloaded the app and it says it sent a code to my number and no matter what I never get the code so I can never even get into the app.WARNING!!! Do not pay for this app.

8. Seems to ban people at will and not even trying to help users~Worst app ever.

9. Try other dating app.18 Apr 2023 - Location filter does not function correctly.

10. "U got a chat request? U got an unread message?" They didnt even text or reply.

1. Fix Omi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Omi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Omi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Omi" » Open Omi - Dating & Meet Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Omi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Omi - Dating & Meet Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Omi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Omi - Dating & Meet Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Omi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Omi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Omi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Omi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Omi not working

2. Fix Omi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Omi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Omi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Omi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
