Why should I report an Issue with Comic Chat - Make Friends?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of BISBOG SA to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The app failing would happen when choosing or searching for a person in my contact list.There's no people :/ only few, Also Please Add a Gmail Option where u can instead add a gmail.This comic is good but there's only a few ppl in the comic.I don't really get what I'm supposed to do? And you have to PAY, $2 at most... Just for some webcomic reaction panels? Um... Not really a good approach.

2. It gets boring after five minutes because the only person I could talk to was the default bot (-1 star).The app does not allow you to invite others to chat.

3. Waste of my time.I really don't know what to say but I really don't like it?... Does this have an ather game?... Please fix this it's not my type... But I rate it 3 it's little bit awesome though.

1. Fix Comic Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Comic Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Comic Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Comic Chat" » Open Comic Chat - Make Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Comic Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Comic Chat - Make Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Comic Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Comic Chat - Make Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Comic Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Comic Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Comic Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Comic Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Comic Chat not working

2. Fix Comic Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Comic Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Comic Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Comic Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
