1. It won't let me stretch the age range past there.I think this app is a great way to find people to talk to, sometimes it may be a little hard but it's simple swipe left and right features, including when someone likes you to, they pop up on your screen, makes it a fun and and feel good experience.

2. I downloaded the app and when I went to swipe left or right I couldn't read the photos before the screen started moving saying swipe left or right and it wouldn't stop and it says 11 people added me but I couldn't see who they were unless I payed to see.

3. I've made such great friends on here and have even found me a best friend, I get on pretty much everyday just to hang with them and also meet new people.

4. Want to make friends in your area easier? Use swipe, but it'll cost you to chat with the people who have swiped on you, even though it's one of the main features you see.

5. I have tried restarting my phone, logging in and out, and uninstalling and reinstalling and have had no luck fixing it which is very disappointing.It's okay, not great, you do end up meeting people.

1. Fix Yubo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yubo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yubo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yubo" » Open Yubo: Make new friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yubo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yubo: Make new friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yubo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yubo: Make new friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yubo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yubo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yubo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yubo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yubo not working

2. Fix Yubo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yubo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yubo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yubo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
