Why should I report an Issue with Zoomie: Profile Picture Viewer?

1. There seems to be a current issue with Premium where, after closing the app once and relaunching (or after a certain period of time), the app begins to display error messages and refuses to let you view profiles of any kind.

2. If it had the following 2 features, then I'd give it 5⭐: The ability to notify me when anyone who I've previously downloaded changes their profile picture and/or anyone any user that I select Also, the ability to tell the app to launch when I open Instagram.

1. Fix Zoomie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zoomie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zoomie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zoomie" » Open Zoomie: Profile Picture Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zoomie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zoomie: Profile Picture Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zoomie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zoomie: Profile Picture Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zoomie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zoomie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zoomie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zoomie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zoomie not working

2. Fix Zoomie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zoomie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zoomie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zoomie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
