1. Even uninstalling & reinstalling my Singpass app, I am still not able to key in my passcode.... Can you please solve the bug issue!After the update in April 2023, i can't scan and use any of the shortcut to access the web using the shity Singapass app.
2. Called and they said they are aware of the issue but cannot confirm when it wilo be resolved.Singpass app has this issue where it insists your device is rooted when it's not.
3. Minor inconveniences aside, this is largely a very helpful app with many well-designed user interactions.Bug where singpass does not register human input.
4. While typing the passcode, the app keeps prompting me to use my fingers even though I am using my fingers to key in my passcode and not some automated program.
5. When I tried to key in my passcode, the Singpass logo will appear & prompted me to use my finger.
6. 8/5/23 1942hrs.Asked me to reset account, now when I try to input a new pin, the app says "use your fingers" and I'm unable to type or input anything.
7. Developers need to look into this please.Latest update (v18.2) on 22nd June 2023 made this application unusable.
8. My phone is Poco X3.After updating, I no longer have access to my Singpass app.
9. Reinstalling the application does nothing to alleviate the issue.Everything was working smoothly until today.
10. Starting from today a message appear stipulating "We've locked the app to keep your data secure..." I check using my desktop and everything is okay.
11. Kept prompting use finger for passcode.
