I do enjoy the app but not being able to cash out my rubies or anything have made things difficult for me to enjoy the app like I normally do.Very bad application because very bad chat room there is hot room and always abuseing in this application 😡Hello Yo is a great platform to listen music in your own room privately and with your friends.

    3. Till now I waste lots of money here, but the behaviour of your entire team is not good.

    4. I waste 1lac money but their team told me you use your VIP one quota so we can't open your I'd.

    5. The only fault I found is we cannot change our gender, please fix that! We need a gender changing option other than that everything is perfect! Thank you.I was curious to see what the app had to offer.

    6. Funny.I have had it since 6months and it was fine but the last time it made me update the app everything went slower and its glitching and not working anymore.

    7. One condition read: "The current account can only be canceled if the following conditions are met: The account is not compromised (hacked)." Hacked? I just made it today.

    Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hello Yo Issues

    1. Fix Hello Yo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


    1. Restart Hello Yo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
    2. Update the Hello Yo App. Here is how:
      1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello Yo" » Open Hello Yo - Group Chat Rooms » click "Update".
      2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello Yo » click "UPDATE".
    3. Clear Hello Yo - Group Chat Rooms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello Yo servers.
      1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello Yo - Group Chat Rooms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
    4. Check Hello Yo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello Yo might not work.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall Hello Yo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello Yo then reinstall.
    6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hello Yo not working


    2. Fix Hello Yo Server issues & Internet Connection


    1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hello Yo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
    2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hello Yo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
    3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hello Yo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
