Why should I report an Issue with Love Days - Been Love Together - S2Days?

I saw in one visit,the same add 13 times😵😳I just love the app this is the perfect one I have been looking for❣️ but the notification bar that appear on screen doesn't change the date by itself it will be much better if only u guys fix it 😄I love this apps, but can u make this app can save this moment when we save it .

2. If i change my device, and install this app, the previous moment cant save .. pls .. i lov this apps.. hope u can create a new setting that we can log in so the moment that we create will not dissappear.This app is truly amazing, I love this app it's truly awesome in every way.

4. I wanna say if you want a counter this is the way to go.it's a good app I love it.But the problem is this app can't count days when it's enabled on notifications.

5. I can only input 1 main date and if I go to the stories and add my wedding date it shows the total amount of days not the month/date/year.

6. I want to track the time me and my husband started officially dating and track the days since we got married.

7. Please add an option to backup app data to phone storage or Google drive.I would have given it 10 stars for functionality and personalisation etc.

1. Fix Love Days Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Love Days: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Love Days App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Love Days" » Open Love Days - Been Love Together - S2Days » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Love Days » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Love Days - Been Love Together - S2Days app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Love Days servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Love Days - Been Love Together - S2Days" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Love Days app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Love Days might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Love Days. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Love Days then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Love Days not working

2. Fix Love Days Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Love Days be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Love Days not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Love Days may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
