1. Horrible App in conclusion ! You cannot even do a re-search for a product by adding some extra key words ,instead you have to re-enter the whole searched phrase all over again... Load time is awful, random selection of delivery address and payment method from the saved ones inside the account...and many other bugs.

But again, other than that, the app is perfect and allows for amazing flexibility in everything, including payment options!Don't you just hate it when you type a keyword to search in the eMag app, then you wanna add another word and you gotta type the previous word all over again? :) Would have been nice to retain the initially typed search word.

3. Ok if you want to just order something quickly, but not for searching and comparingI've used eMag for many years, and while I do have some slight issues, the customer support has been great and I've never had to return a product.Most of the card payments fail.

4. The only minor thing missing for me, as an expat, is a possibility to auto-translate description/reviews to English, or, at the very least, an option to copy text from description of items in order to translate it outside of emag app.

5. I dont understand why you can use most of the discounts only in the app...but you aren't able to pay...Will find all kinds of stupid reasons to block negative reviews of products on their platform.

6. Top store by sales in Romania and they cannot afford a decent application...In the past weeks there have been bugs regarding filtering.

8. Half an hour later i receive the failed payment message and i have to open my laptop to be able to finalise the payment.

9. One is preventing you to use multiple filters at once(for example if you set the size first and then try to set the color the size filter is erased).

10. I often have issues with payment orders not being processed properly and I need to redo them.

11. The only workaround for the moment is to open the item in the browser and use the auto-translate feature.

1. Fix eMAG.ro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eMAG.ro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eMAG.ro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eMAG.ro" » Open eMAG.ro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eMAG.ro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eMAG.ro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eMAG.ro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eMAG.ro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eMAG.ro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eMAG.ro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eMAG.ro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eMAG.ro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eMAG.ro not working

2. Fix eMAG.ro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eMAG.ro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eMAG.ro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eMAG.ro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
