1. I did all the steps but useless.new update looking good but so many bugs and difficulties volume button is not available different types of logins not access of fingerprint unlock All channel list not available limited options some icons not responding on one touch application crashingstruggle! I can't get into the app at all.
2. I contacted customer service they changed login password for ooredoo app and adviced to restart the mobile.
3. remote has no volume option like why would ever need that in a remote!!!Regarding my Landline package, unfortunately I can not find many of the channels of my physical Ooredoo TV in this app.currently useless.
4. seriously? it's there!!! i type it in!!! this app was useful before without this login interface, now it's trash... zero starl can't login always gives "request time out".
5. It is the worst, unless this is done intentionally, and that would be a disaster 😕Ooredoo tv is a great app; the reception is clear! But sound is not there the first time I installed it.
6. No casting, although the icon is there, but it can never find a device to cast at the same time where I can cast from other applications.
7. Expected better from Ooredoo.after the update the app goes 5 star to 1 star.
8. I wonder how long the timeout is, must be less than 10 seconds... Will improve rating once fixed.it's not working at all.
9. But when I check in the icons and came back to the Live tv, sound disappeared again.
10. I want to login using my mobile phone and OTP.
11. i put in my username and password but it keeps giving me the error "username and password are required".
