1. Customer support have been helpful to be fair, but just sending qr code to scan and when I do it remains the same problem of not being able to update latest 9.9.2 software ! Anyone else had/having same issue ?Latest upgrade version make everything worse, app keeps crashing and event on btc piza no receive the rewards and the game can't play.

4. Apps Crash everytime I open the App, this are the major issue, I would like to discuss about my issue before 2 years ago but no help at all.No support existing, only bots.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HTX Issues
1. Fix HTX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart HTX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the HTX App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HTX" » Open HTX: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HTX » click "UPDATE".
- Clear HTX: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HTX servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HTX: Buy Crypto & Bitcoin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check HTX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HTX might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall HTX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HTX then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HTX not working
2. Fix HTX Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HTX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HTX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HTX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
