1. Why do I need a subscription to your services, if I can't even open a link someone is sending me?Paying for content and seeing ads? Why? Also since last update those ugly ads make the app freeze and crash constantly, on every single article.I bought subscription but the app doesn't recognize that.

1. Fix WYBORCZA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WYBORCZA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WYBORCZA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WYBORCZA" » Open WYBORCZA: facts, news » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WYBORCZA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WYBORCZA: facts, news app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WYBORCZA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WYBORCZA: facts, news" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WYBORCZA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WYBORCZA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WYBORCZA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WYBORCZA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WYBORCZA not working
