1. Overall very nice experience.Great collection of materials but needs a less convoluted (i.e. in-app) method of favoriting publications, saving lists, etc.Bit clunky and need to re-sign in from time to time using an email-generated code.

2. I would suggest the chance to save the favourites newspaper and also the chances to read an article as a whole and not broken down into several partsGreat content.

3. You cannot browse either because each publication is split into sections that don't align with the actual newspaper.

4. It is very difficult to find a specific article because you cannot filter for the date or publisher.

5. Randomly logs out every couple of weeks just when you need it.

6. The app also crashes frequently.Not entirely satisfied as it's saying something dummy: that I'm logged in from a different device or browser.

1. Fix Factiva Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Factiva: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Factiva App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Factiva" » Open Factiva » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Factiva » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Factiva app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Factiva servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Factiva" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Factiva app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Factiva might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Factiva. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Factiva then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Factiva not working

2. Fix Factiva Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Factiva be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Factiva not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Factiva may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
