1. Although the ad is not too intrusive, it does seem to run full screen at the end of the testing.Excellent ! Very Good ! Awsome !!!😀😀 The only Exception here is it won' t show the map where I'm located, it just blink right out for a few seconds!!! I'm in a poor wifi area where I gets one or two bar singals on my phone, other than this problem, It's a good app to begin wirh.

2. I wish I could get better reception of wifi signal in my area!!! I might just buy my own Wifi device to get better signal where I live!! Spectrum Cable does'nt provide a good signal where I live.

3. I used it against some different parameters and it showed my network is going a little slower than it should be going so I need to contact these people because they're telling me one thing when I'm actually getting another and the speed showed me that.

4. The ads are mildly intrusive but they dont interrupt in mid test (and a positive review allegedly removes them... fingers crossed) Suggestion: in the list of your test results it would be useful to be able to add text notes.

5. I tested 4 internet speed test apps and used 1 website for comparison sake to find out the average speed in my house and remove the sus.

6. Ps - It will be a nice addition to see your suggestions on how to boost Wi-fi speed for hand held devices, particularly useful for those who get a much slower speed than what they are paying their Isp's for.

7. Which is a hell of a lot more than my ISP does! And although there are ads on the free version, they aren't rammed down your throat and thrown in your face every 3 seconds! Which on its own is incredibly refreshing.

8. I havent calibrated it against benchmark kit, but the pattern of good and bad speeds makes sense.

9. The customization of the interface is also great, analog speed meter is my favorite.

11. Need to tone it down to nothing or a least a mini banner at the bottom.Just installed 12.07.2019. Now its 23.08.2022 and im still using it, and not thinking of search for other one.

1. Fix V-SPEED Speed Test Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart V-SPEED Speed Test: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the V-SPEED Speed Test App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V-SPEED Speed Test" » Open V-SPEED Speed Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V-SPEED Speed Test » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear V-SPEED Speed Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V-SPEED Speed Test servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V-SPEED Speed Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check V-SPEED Speed Test app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V-SPEED Speed Test might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall V-SPEED Speed Test. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V-SPEED Speed Test then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V-SPEED Speed Test not working

2. Fix V-SPEED Speed Test Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make V-SPEED Speed Test be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to V-SPEED Speed Test not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, V-SPEED Speed Test may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
