FIREPROBE Speed Test Customer Insights

1. Only minor negative is the visuals look like they were made 5-10 years ago and could really do with a major visual update for todays design language but it's purely visual so doesn't warrant a reduction in stars in my opinion as the function of the app seems perfect. This is the most comprehensive speed tester I have ever used.

2. options to choose between different measurements methods (application or net interface) or connection type (http or TCP)can give you a better idea of how your how to service performs in various conditions that I don't recall some other speed tests even offering.

3. ( that's a first for me 😁 ) Still working as well as first day! With this application, I am able to actually test and see exactly where I was standing when I test the internet speed and signal strength.

4. Here in Sacramento, California with Xfinity Wi-Fi, it is Spotty Wi-Fi, It is VERY SPOTTY! For example, some streets, like on 16th Street, where Blue Diamond Almond Factory is, you have no signal! But, like when you're downtown, at the Library on 8th and H Street, you have perfect signal, and across the street at the park, there is no Xfinity Wi-Fi!!!OK.

5. As top phone tools go I'd list this as number 3 of the most important for me to install on MY phone (others obviously have different needs to me) As a stand-alone speed testing app I would personally rate it at number one, as it really is the best I ever used so far.

6. moderate background testing signal moddering doesn't seem too hard on battery. The privacy policy is disturbingly vague about what will be done with my data, and the only way to prevent everything being shared is to give up on saving results for your own use - sneaky.

7. Unnecessary files and the need to refresh the wifi all can affect how good the internet is, and weather you have it, at all !!I have been using this app for at least 3 years.

8. Download speed, latency, upload speed, jitter, and a lot more! You can even look back at your history tests so you can compare if you think something is not operating right.

9. I like this app very much, but thought my isp is interesting on how my speed is.Seems Great.

10. I noticed that my speed changes when I change VPN location, also it takes two times for the ip address to change.

11. Pity, as it's otherwise good (except for the coverage maps, which are so lacking in detail that they're no use).I use a VPN and have the ability to change locations.

  • I just didn't realize just how advanced this all was. There's alot on here that I don't quite understand. So obviously I shouldn't be messing around too awful much. I just wanted to find someway to increase my network speed. That's akk
