1. If I can only attached the screen shot on how this app works, Ah never mind... time wasted waiting the orange circle 😂🤣😱I have read the comments as far back as 2020 and I am still getting the same frustrations they had.

2. Everytime I'm gonna open and check my funds there's always an error, I cannot logged in even my details are correct, even my finger prints is not working.

3. They good in reminding you about your billing, even if you already pay it, they will still remind you.I have been trying to upload our photo, me and my beneficiary but when I do the app kicks me out of it.

1. Fix FWD Tapp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FWD Tapp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FWD Tapp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FWD Tapp" » Open FWD Tapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FWD Tapp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FWD Tapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FWD Tapp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FWD Tapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FWD Tapp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FWD Tapp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FWD Tapp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FWD Tapp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FWD Tapp not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FWD Tapp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
