Why should I report an Issue with All Countries - World Map?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Country Information to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Correct and sufficient info and statistical data on all countries, allowing an interested person to actually learn something.Bad game too much ads! and Russia is a EU county! And South AISA is a East Asia! Bad game! 👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡Good app and i like it out of all the ones that i gried this one seems to be the best.

2. Thanks guys for the good work!Despite being the most user friendly app i have seen in years it fails to mention some of the recently added countries like the south sudan , Comoros.....etcetera .

3. But I think if the countries locations were to be added, ut would have been fantastic.I like it!! Cool 😎! Now, much of the app is made up of solid links to Wikipedia and the like - but, they load fast and the app doesn't take much space when downloaded.

5. One thing to point out, when i click on the continents menu, i select the south america, domican republic and cuba get red as if they were part os the south america continen.Not a bad app.

7. Which is great as I watch my space usage in my tablet.I already have a tangible chart of this, but this a lot easier and faster to access because I don't have to go through on top of my cabinet and pick it up neither flip the chart to see the backside of it.

1. Fix All Countries Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Countries: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Countries App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Countries" » Open All Countries - World Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All Countries » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All Countries - World Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All Countries servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All Countries - World Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All Countries app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All Countries might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All Countries. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All Countries then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All Countries not working

2. Fix All Countries Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All Countries be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All Countries not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, All Countries may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
