1. Update: reached out to support, still trying to solve the problem.Only issue with the app is anytime I want to deposit check it kicks me out after the first picture.

2. I enter the password, or use the fingerprint scan, and a loading box pops up for a few seconds, then it's right back at the same screen with the correct password, but unable to access accounts.

9. Also, under the transaction history, the company name no longer displays in full or partial so I have to use the online option to view this info.

1. Fix Security Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Security Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Security Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Security Service" » Open Security Service Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Security Service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Security Service Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Security Service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Security Service Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Security Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Security Service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Security Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Security Service then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Security Service not working
