1. A lot of the pictures too far to be helpful with identifying.The quiz the pics are distant on smaller devices, could do with a magnifying optionMissing a lot of trees in the Midwest US - as other users have mentioned.

2. update the common and latin names to include cultivars and other species of the same genus for example manitoba, autumn blaze, emerald queen, crimson king maples are just a few of the ones that i have not seen.

3. I'm disappointed with what i paid for and would like changes to be made or i will get a refundTo much missing in this app, pictures are thumbnail size (just to small to be helpful).

4. Looking for trees I know are in my area I noticed many missing right away like red mulberry and slippery elm.

1. Fix iKnow Trees 2 PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iKnow Trees 2 PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iKnow Trees 2 PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iKnow Trees 2 PRO" » Open iKnow Trees 2 PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iKnow Trees 2 PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iKnow Trees 2 PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iKnow Trees 2 PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iKnow Trees 2 PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iKnow Trees 2 PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iKnow Trees 2 PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iKnow Trees 2 PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iKnow Trees 2 PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iKnow Trees 2 PRO not working
