1. (2) The parallel window occassionally does not sync up with the main window when linked.I prefer this to all of the other Bible apps, as I can highlight and annotate a single word.

2. Selecting verse# works in some cases but not all Has potential, for reading it works good, the biggest problems are how frustrating it has recently become to highlight text, especially when near the bottom of the page.

3. Other times when I jump between apps I cannot pick a different bible verse and need to force close the app.

4. I have gotten a new phone a.d was able to reinstall and log back in to find all of my notes and highlights from over the years had been saved and transferred so that too is a huge plus.

5. I've tried out other Bible apps but this one by far is my favorite.I would really like to see the ribbon system more universal across devices.

1. Fix Bible App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bible App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bible App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bible App" » Open Bible App by Olive Tree » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bible App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bible App by Olive Tree app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bible App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bible App by Olive Tree" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bible App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bible App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bible App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bible App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bible App not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bible App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bible App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bible App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
