I also checked their website which tells you what birds are inside the app and annoyingly, they also have a few names wrong and some very common birds missing, a couple have American names instead of its international or European name! Why? The app isn't for American birds but European! Doesn't therefore give me any encouragement to spend (€13.85) on the main app due to.Interactive, interesting, thoughtfully appAmazingI love this app! It's super helpful to my club I highly recommend getting all the other apps.

2. Uninstall.It appears that they have got the wingspan and the length the wrong way round well at least I think so.. It would be great if they can fix this small but noticeable mistake.Quite promising.

1. Fix iKnow Birds 2 LITE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iKnow Birds 2 LITE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iKnow Birds 2 LITE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iKnow Birds 2 LITE" » Open iKnow Birds 2 LITE - Europe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iKnow Birds 2 LITE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iKnow Birds 2 LITE - Europe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iKnow Birds 2 LITE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iKnow Birds 2 LITE - Europe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iKnow Birds 2 LITE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iKnow Birds 2 LITE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iKnow Birds 2 LITE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iKnow Birds 2 LITE then reinstall.
