1. For example, when I try to pay off my credit card with the money in my checking account, I'll go through the transfer process, it will tell me the transfer is complete, but when I go back to my accounts, none of the money was moved and it shows I still owe on my credit card.

2. Period!This app is so much easier than the website! Scheduling credit card payments is super easy, announcing travel is super easy, and it's just easy overall to check in and make sure all your payments go through.

3. Overall, it's inconvenient, which seems counterproductive to the whole mobile app thing.This app has an issue resulting in double payments since there is no payment history or verification to be viewed after one pays their bill.

4. I have used a few different bank apps and this one is by far the worst I have ever touched.The biometric login almost never works, if you have paperless billing there is no way to unlock your account without the account number.

10. Transferring money between account is clunky and they have you select the account you're transferring to first rather than the account you're transferring from.

11. They update weekend mornings until noon, so if you are someone who does their finances on the weekend (like most people with a full time job) you can expect to be inconvenienced routinely.

1. Fix MSUFCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MSUFCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MSUFCU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MSUFCU" » Open MSUFCU Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MSUFCU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MSUFCU Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MSUFCU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MSUFCU Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MSUFCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MSUFCU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MSUFCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MSUFCU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MSUFCU not working

2. Fix MSUFCU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MSUFCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MSUFCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MSUFCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
