Why should I report an Issue with Miao - AI Math Homework Solver?

Also, when I scan a word problem it never answers it.It's amazing helped me a lot for questions that's were in the notes but the answers were not in the book.This is very bad even I know my email and my password I can't it is very worts!! so I deleted it don't download this app!🙄I liked it but it took really long to solve a problem if I just looked up a video of how to do it.This is such a trash app, when I logging in it said that the email or password is invalid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡I love this app! It’s great use for my math- and I struggle in that subject.It's amazing and fast! I had an exam that was the next day and it saved me.I love this app so much! It helps so much when you don't know your homework questions.

2. Very BAD app it couldn't even solve one of my questions and I put in my grade but it showed stuff for only higher grades or lower grades but other than that it CANNOT solver simple questions and cannot solve patterns/sequences at all.

3. Nothing could be done except the X button, even pressing the green tick gives no response.I made an account and it set my password as my screen name.

4. Very very disappointed 😠I got a black screen after taking the picture.

1. Fix Miao Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Miao: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Miao App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Miao" » Open Miao - AI Math Homework Solver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Miao » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Miao - AI Math Homework Solver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Miao servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Miao - AI Math Homework Solver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Miao app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Miao might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Miao. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Miao then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Miao not working

2. Fix Miao Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Miao be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Miao not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Miao may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
