Gospel Media Customer Insights

1. It causes more frustration than it is worth. The App is really good ..but here in Nigeria we don't have free WiFi access and subscription of a data plan is really expensive..I suggest .. during play back we get to choose the video quality we want to watch or listen to.

2. So be sure to close all the way out of the app to save your battery.App crashes as soon as you try to cast, video playback won't rotate to landscape even in full screen mode, touching anywhere on the screen while videos are playing causes it to pause and sometimes there is no way to resume.

3. Might as well find the same videos on YouTube.Great idea, but very unpolished.

4. The app needs the ability to play a video select a button to book mark a spot as a stop or start.

5. Different video qualities should be added so we choose the one our data plan would reachNo one can import playlists I share.

6. Used to be easy as they were organized alphabetically, but with the latest update it's organized by type and I find it difficult to find a specific hymn or even to sort.

7. I love the idea of this app if it just worked as described.Don't like the way the hymns are organized.

8. At least listing the page numbers would be helpful! Other than that the app is good! This app promises so much, but delivers so little.

9. The app works great at allowing you to download videos for a lesson.

10. We have no idea why it is failing.Has barely any content for Spanish and Portuguese.

11. Videos don't play for me on galaxy s9.
