1. Other that it's great.I prefered the old app I could play it all night beside my pillow and turn the phone light off now and it doesn't drain my phone battery, once I turn the light off everything stops! Besides I could always find what I wanted more easier- prayer, Sunday church, bible studies, crossfire and now it's taking me back to 2020 services Its very difficult to find ANYTHING that is current on SBN nor Son Life.

2. Not a fan of how the screen automatically goes into landscape mode when I want it to stay in portrait mode.Great content at anywhere and any time! I love how easy it is for me to tune into God's Word anywhere with SBN.

3. I will keep trying to use it and assume that the app developers will troubleshoot the problem, which I never had on the previous version.I love this app but dislike the new update, the option to listen only is no longer available.

5. After freezing momentarily, the stream resumes, but then starts freezing and buffering again, and doesn't resume playing after a second or third occurrence.

6. The new layout is cool; however, I have been experiencing what appears to be freezing and buffering in recent days.

1. Fix SBN NOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBN NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBN NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBN NOW" » Open SBN NOW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBN NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBN NOW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBN NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBN NOW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBN NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBN NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBN NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBN NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBN NOW not working

2. Fix SBN NOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBN NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBN NOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBN NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
