1. Great conceptbut needs work and more offers than just rental cars and Golden Ticket.Hotel deals only shows the discount % without the room rates... which is not good enoughI noticed after some trial and error that the password field does not allow you to input spaces, though when you set the password on the website, you can use spaces.

2. Trying to use the app is more trouble than remembering to bring your card with you.When I open the app, my expiration date is missing the year, effectively making this app worthless to me, I still have to carry my card.

3. I used the reset password link and reset in case I made a mistake and after I reset the password and created a new one the same thing happened.

4. Please update this app expeditiously and in a timely manner.The most important part, the expiry date on the card is not visible...anywhere on the app.

5. The only way I can get in is with the temporary password that was sent to do the reset.

1. Fix IATA AgentExperience Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IATA AgentExperience: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IATA AgentExperience App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IATA AgentExperience" » Open IATA AgentExperience » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IATA AgentExperience » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IATA AgentExperience app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IATA AgentExperience servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IATA AgentExperience" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IATA AgentExperience app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IATA AgentExperience might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IATA AgentExperience. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IATA AgentExperience then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IATA AgentExperience not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IATA AgentExperience be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
