Why should I report an Issue with AirGarage?

They resolved the issues with mischarges, but they wont address how to fix the bug or a work around to prevent future occurrencesHad my rental automatically ended that had a discount code and then got a text waking me up at 4:30am telling me I hadn't started one and was being charged $35 to start one.

2. Then an hour later I ope my phone and the parking is finally running and I am being charged $4.00. I decided to cut my losses until ten days later (5) $20.00 charges showed up on my credit card statement for a total of $124.00 charged when we didn't actually park at all ever.

4. That's a minor thing though, and overall this was easier than the traditional method for paying for parking.This app is terrible! I attempted to use it while on vacation and kept receiving an error message when attempting to start my parking.

5. App crashes sometimes, you can't edit existing payment methods, sometimes your rental doesn't begin when you start it, and they'll charge you hidden fees on your card that you won't find on the payment history on the app.

6. However, support was quick and very kind and everything was sorted out!kinda weird to review this since I hate paying for parking, but doing it on my phone is a lot better than dealing with those kiosks.

7. Can't figure out how to save my license plate so I don't have to enter it every day (even tried through the account menu, same problem.) The latter issue is really a nuisance.Not the greatest experience I've had with parking apps.

8. Starting to believe it's a scam.The app has been automatically ending my rentals when I have not ended them and then proceeding to start new ones shortly thereafter with an additional fee.

9. It's also cool that you can get a discount by helping them scan other license plates.First time using the app, it was super quick and simple.

10. The result is me being charged twice, with both charges being the daily maximum for the garage where my car is.

11. The app also does not alert you in any way as to when your rental has ended or close to ending.

1. Fix AirGarage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AirGarage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AirGarage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirGarage" » Open AirGarage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirGarage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AirGarage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirGarage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirGarage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AirGarage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirGarage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AirGarage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirGarage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirGarage not working

2. Fix AirGarage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirGarage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirGarage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirGarage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
