Only option is to communicate outside of the app, but if a driver wants to talk with you before accepting, they almost have no possibility to do so, as the number is of course only shown after accepting.In number of views app counts when I view my own ride, it didn't use to do that, also I have two cars with same name but different generation, they always switch positions when I'm trying to choose which one I will drive, just add picture next to the name of the car model so we dont have to guess.

2. Phone number should be available before confirming ride, so as to know that the is ride is good to go, as it happened with me couple of times, I booked and then called to confirm and the owner said that he has a change of plan or even switched off phone.

3. Now I have to try different start cities to find the ride...Concept great, but the chat is awful.

4. Does not send message, sometimes there is no notification, even if the app is closed and opened multiple times, messages that have been sent don't show up in the chat.

1. Fix BlaBlaCar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlaBlaCar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlaBlaCar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlaBlaCar" » Open BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlaBlaCar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlaBlaCar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlaBlaCar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlaBlaCar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlaBlaCar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlaBlaCar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlaBlaCar not working

2. Fix BlaBlaCar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlaBlaCar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlaBlaCar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlaBlaCar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
