Thank you.The old app that lets you use it was By Far better the new one is unusable because of the Stupid Warning that blocks you and makes you struggle to try to get past it so you can check travel speeds/time.... And other routes ,i can't figure out how to attach a image but I'm pretty sure you know the warning thing that Blocks the map of you get stuck in a back up all of s sudden you can't get to the map to find a way outIt's very glitchy and crashes often.

2. When I needed it most, the app “couldn't connect to TranStar" and now I've been stranded on the road for four hours.Junk! Does not work! Never loaded.

3. Looksike it uses the official closure and construction list from transtar, gets me closure info other maps can't get.Was a pretty good app until the 8/27 update.

4. It is there to give you eyes-on information on road conditions and weather hazards to keep you and your loved ones safe.Nice and simple.

5. I just want the actual time from point a to point b!! Please fix this as the new travel times are useless.

1. Fix Houston TranStar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Houston TranStar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Houston TranStar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Houston TranStar" » Open Houston TranStar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Houston TranStar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Houston TranStar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Houston TranStar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Houston TranStar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Houston TranStar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Houston TranStar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Houston TranStar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Houston TranStar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Houston TranStar not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Houston TranStar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
