Not convenient at all.Worst experience on this app Does not seem to remember user and pass My account keeps suspending because I can't see my charges on time To unsuspend an account is a great challenge because you get less than a min To memorize the code as it doesn't let you copy it even though it has the icon to do it And you have to fill out all details and card info and review and submit in the required time otherwise it kicks you out and you start from scratch again Fast thinking is a must! Terrible!This app makes it possible to do everything you need to do regarding riding on the toll road throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.It does not let me log in.

2. GREAT for renters!! The fingerprint log in on my Android phone works perfectly! Very convenient.Does not let me open my app the message says it's a device contamination but I've had the device checked and I talked to customer service with no resultsEvery since I downloaded the app to try and manage my credit cards and make payments.

3. This app allows me to add a rental car's license plate to this account so that I can bypass the extra charges from the rental agency for toll roads (rental agencies charge a daily charge plus actual use charges).

4. I went to their website on my phone and laptop error message " your page has expired try again later." I call they tell me to go in to one of their locations it's my phone.

5. I don't know who to file a complaint with but maybe the Texas Attorney General is a start.I'm visiting Austin and getting a rental car.

6. No keyboard is available for typing! Then it tells me my session is over , contact customer service.

7. I have not had any luck I get an error message in the app that says "we are currently offline try back later." I try back later it's the same it's been offline since I downloaded it.

8. Easy to add and remove vehicles as well.This app would be great if it didn't need an update every other week.

10. I travel a lot and it was easier to use eztag for a lot of places rather than waiting in line to pay each time passing.

1. Fix EZ TAG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZ TAG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZ TAG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZ TAG" » Open EZ TAG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZ TAG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZ TAG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZ TAG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZ TAG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZ TAG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZ TAG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZ TAG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZ TAG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZ TAG not working

2. Fix EZ TAG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZ TAG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZ TAG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZ TAG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
