Why should I report an Issue with fuelService?

But for now, it's a brilliant way to help disabled driversI usually dread filling my car, I normally have to ask friends or neighbours to come and help, but I happened across the fuelService app - what a Godsend, the system went like clockwork, and I filled up without having to keep other drivers waiting while I unloaded my wheeled walker.

2. Brilliant!! I can't recommend it enough!Despite having loads of Petrol Stations near my home they're not part of this service.

3. Good idea, app works well, but let down by some stations that are unable to assist when I ask for help.

4. Both are unable to assist more than half the time and are Shell stations which are more expensive.

5. It's helpful to see a choice of fuel stations with distances and the system to alert them usually works well.

6. Eg a family member before day trip, because I don't trust getting fuel away from known stations.

7. The only thing I would change is having to give the pump number if checking ahead of time.Decent enough app and does what it states, quite helpful.

1. Fix fuelService Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart fuelService: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the fuelService App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "fuelService" » Open fuelService » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for fuelService » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear fuelService app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from fuelService servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "fuelService" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check fuelService app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, fuelService might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall fuelService. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall fuelService then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing fuelService not working

2. Fix fuelService Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make fuelService be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to fuelService not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, fuelService may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
