1. I was told by FCU tech to use my laptop to print from the website but I haven't used my laptop in several years and when I tried I couldn't select the "login" button, it just sat there... although other websites work fine.
2. After most-recent update (appeared for me within 2-3 days of 11/22) the check deposit feature no longer works.
3. Not a fan of the app; needs a complete overhaul.EDIT: Check deposit went back to working, but as of 12/5/22, no longer works.
4. I have to hit the transfer button twice.It's confusing, not sure what the references mean, such as actual balance, available balance and holds.
5. I have an older Android 7.0 phone which is fine for everything I use it for except that I cannot SCREENSHOT MY STATEMENTS to print them while in the app.
6. I think the only thing that may be a bit frustrating is that depending on what other banks you have, sending and receiving transfers could take days.
7. The transfer feature has bugs, sometimes it doesn't work and one hast to do it again.
8. I do not need to see my savings acct or car loan for the week after I make a single transfer into those accts.
9. Ran out of room.I don't like that when I put my code that was sent to me in the box to verify me, it says I put the wrong code in every single time.
10. I was told my only option is to upgrade a PERFECTLY USABLE PHONE!Very reliable and easy to use.
