1. 12/28 I think it's fixed; clear out your cache, Uninstall, Power off phone, and reinstall.UPDATE 6/8/2022: The issues reported below appear to have been resolved sometime in the past several months.

2. Also, why does it take so long to go from screen to screen? The App was fine, why did you have to go and ruin it?12/18: I use this app several times a day to check my balance and it was working great! Until today; it keeps crashing.

5. Mobile check deposits are easy: the app is smoothly integrated with phone camera, so the process of photographing the check had no issues.

6. Just one touch on the screen and simultaneously the image was in focus when the app snapped the picture.How is it 2023 and half the time I still can't log in? The wheel just spins and spins and spins.

8. The only way to pay toward your credit card is directly from one of your Coastal accounts as a result, and you don't have the option to pay using an outside bank, which would be really convenient.

1. Fix Coastal Credit Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coastal Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coastal Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coastal Credit Union" » Open Coastal Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coastal Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coastal Credit Union app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coastal Credit Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coastal Credit Union" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coastal Credit Union app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coastal Credit Union might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coastal Credit Union. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coastal Credit Union then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coastal Credit Union not working

2. Fix Coastal Credit Union Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coastal Credit Union be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coastal Credit Union not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coastal Credit Union may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
