1. No way I'm trusting sending my items through this company.WOW 😮 this app could've been amazing!!!! Went through every step to sell my Nord OnePlus phone and got to the very last step and hit confirm sale.......... It cannot create a shipping label for me check my return address (my address) ummm well I'm 5000% sure I know the address to the house I've owned and lived in for quite some time so the problem lies with you, Twig.

But the category it would come under (presumably audio/recording/music production equipment) wasn't listed....so I'm uninstalling 🤷🏾 ♂️Actually finding it quite misleading.. yes they'll give you an instant balance for your items but there's very limited options available for things to sell and trying to get a card sorted or contact support to find out what's going on is absolutely impossible so far.

3. I'm not sure if it was like this at original release but definitely something that should be fixed asapSeemed like a hopeful platform; uploaded an item for sale and twig accepted but was unable to verify my information.

4. If it would actually update so that you can sell more than just a few phones, it would definitely go up to a 4 or 5 star review.Great idea, hope it becomes more accessible soon.

6. Finally gave up after creating a pin, the next step or whatever comes after wasn't an option for me as it keeps freezing on the add a pin screen.

7. As it currently stands, it's only for luxury items (aka rich people stuff).

8. They don't communicate with you, they leave you on the brink of insanity with their horrible customer service skills, give you a nice offer then rip it away.

9. It seemed like a good rival to eBay, but maybe not.Almost impossible to even get past the account creation.

10. It's not clear just how you get your hands on your money once you've sent them your items.

11. Tapped several times on the wording, arrows, empty space within the buttons... nothing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Twig Issues

1. Fix Twig Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Twig: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Twig App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twig" » Open Twig - Your Bank of Things » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twig » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Twig - Your Bank of Things app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twig servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twig - Your Bank of Things" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Twig app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twig might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Twig. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twig then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twig not working


2. Fix Twig Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twig be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twig not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twig may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
