1. Everything else works fine so I know it's not the network, its the app and the AFCU Website, again.Any time you select a section (transfer funds, pay bills, apply/add account), there is a loading screen for as long as it would take a dial-up connection to load.
2. Even upon entering the app, it can take up to 5 minutes to load one page, that's if it doesn't give you the notification that there is no network connection even when there is perfect connection! Ended up paying 1 bill twice because of the lag, and told me the transfer was not complete, even thought it charged me twice.
3. Not really sure what's going on since it was working well up until about 2 weeks ago and now its unbelievably slow and frustrating!I'm having the same problem everyone else seems to be having, to keep it simple it won't work, it won't even load.
4. when it does work it is an excellect app that can help you gain access to your accounts, transfer funds, look at documents, pay bills, etc.
5. For the past 2 weeks, every time I attempt to log in, I get an error staring, "A network connection error has occurred.
6. I keep getting the same notification "A network connection error has occurred.
7. Then, when you hit the back button on your phone (because the app doesn't actually give you the ability to close those sections) there is another loading screen that does not ever go away until you close the app and login again.
8. I've received no communication stating they are having issues nor when they believe it will be fixed. This app used to be great but within the past couple of weeks has become terrible.
9. I tried many times to have a temporary password sent to no avail. For the past two months my mobile app experience has been horrible! I've tried transferring monies to internal members which was a feature I greatly appreciated.
10. This is unbelievably frustrating and leaves me with limited options for tracking my accounts.this app is starting to become very glitchy.
11. Emptying my account at the actual bank, because its apparently the early 1800s and they would like to make it incredibly difficult to withdraw/transfer funds out.Truly one of the most limited banking apps I've ever had.
