If this is a demo feature, and its supposr to happen until you buy the full version, than it also need to be stated as such somewhere in the app.Why did you remove AGC , AEC and NS options in the last update Yes right they were not working (make the app stops and Exit itself), but that would be great if you solve this problem and add them again in the future *I wish you add advanced audio Controls and effects specifically in Plus and Boom versions like Compressor, crossover ...etc I Suffers a lot to find audio app that enhances my phone audio without Distortion, specifically at high audio levelsEdit: the "enhancers" on this app compared to the equalizers and audio AI on the built-in LG OS is far superior.

2. Another issue to mention: the loudness and bass enhancers, and virtualization: none of these features work for me, though I'm satisfied without them.Sure seems like this app has stopped working through the 3.5mm jack (wired) all It really has any affect over is the bass boost.

3. After a while it just shuts itself off, which happens with android.This is an amazing equalizer app, and it used to work flawlessly on my Huawei phone but after I switched to Xiaomi MIUI, the app crashes whenever I click on speaker, or headphone.

5. Awesome app otherwise, works as expected, and I don't have the crashing issues as much: it only crashes when it's NOT running in the background and is started when audio is playing in the background.

6. Previously this wasn't an issue years ago in older versions of the app (prior to renamed as Soundwave) more so all functions do still work over Bluetooth but the line out is what's concerning me here.

7. Being a musician I can say this EQ does some realtime postprocessing over every track and gives an extraordinary dimension to the master audio.

11. It worked PERFECTLY for my needs; but your new 'simpler' and 'lighter' interface also happens to eliminate the loudness boosting function; the ONLY one I ever use.

1. Fix Sound Booster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sound Booster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sound Booster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sound Booster" » Open Sound Booster » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sound Booster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sound Booster app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sound Booster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sound Booster" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sound Booster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sound Booster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sound Booster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sound Booster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sound Booster not working

2. Fix Sound Booster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sound Booster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sound Booster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sound Booster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
