1. Since the overhaul and the addition of invasive ads, I find myself watching loads (every time a stream cuts out another ad will play when loading it back up), the player doesn't buffer as quickly, and Acestream repeatedly refuses to 'quit' and runs in the background, or opens itself.

I'm now having to connect via a HDMI cable to my TV to have a better chance of uninterrupted viewing.Started off such a good app, but now there are too many ads, the stream crashes every 10 minutes (which leads me to have to watch an ad every 10 minutes), and some streams can't even be opened because of a "transport file" not being found or something like that.

7. If you are going to change the app that much, you should consider a period of testing, and if you have done it, i can tell you it has been a waste of time.Used to be one of my favorite apps since the latest updates.

9. Uninstalled.Wow, where to start without repeating every rating (except the obvious false feedback)? This was an amazing app, now it is just an advert ridden, device killing bandwidth thief.

1. Fix Ace Stream Media Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ace Stream Media: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ace Stream Media App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ace Stream Media" » Open Ace Stream Media » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ace Stream Media » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ace Stream Media app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ace Stream Media servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ace Stream Media" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ace Stream Media app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ace Stream Media might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ace Stream Media. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ace Stream Media then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ace Stream Media not working

2. Fix Ace Stream Media Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ace Stream Media be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ace Stream Media not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ace Stream Media may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
