1. But if you are having issues cashing out for a second time... change your email/PayPal address to another one (if you have one), update via Google Play and then it let's u cash out! Been trying to get them to help me cash out for over a month and was getting no help nor support.

Its great game but cashout troubles have put me off.I have enough to cash out $25 but I can't ever get past the facial ID part of it I don't know if my front facing camera isn't cooperating with the app but it just shows a black oval shape no camera to take a picture and all I get are these pre-recorded responses from their support system that have nothing to do with the question i'm asking.

3. You can get credit simply by leaving one of the games running with the game launched through the application with the wifi on all night long.Won't let me update the new version, I've also emailed the developers a few days ago, and as of yet haven't heard anything from them.

4. Tried deleting and redownload ING, hasn't worked.I did not use the application yet, but I like the fact that they email you with a message saying that they will delete the account that you created if you ignore the email.

5. The only option given is to "Update", after rerouting me to the Play Store there's no option to update, only "uninstall" or "open".

1. Fix 1-2-CASH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1-2-CASH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1-2-CASH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1-2-CASH" » Open 1-2-CASH » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1-2-CASH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1-2-CASH app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1-2-CASH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1-2-CASH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1-2-CASH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1-2-CASH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1-2-CASH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1-2-CASH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1-2-CASH not working

2. Fix 1-2-CASH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1-2-CASH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1-2-CASH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1-2-CASH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
