1. After I have re-saved my address, the information is then available... Annoying! The list of what item goes in which bin is awesome.Would not update the bin for my work address, was a mostly redundant app anyway but when you can only load one address then what is the point? When people want to use an app like this it is for a reason like having to put bins out for elderly family etc or friends on holidays etc so if you can't load more than one address it is a waste of time!This app is wonderful when it works and has some really useful features however there is a bug that stops it from sending reminders and it loses the information for street adresses and you have to go in and refresh it which is not ideal and defeats the purpose of the app if this issue was fixed app would be 5 stars.Absolutely horrible at doing a very simple job, more often than not this app doesn't work and I can't fig...

2. And several times after it! It has never been done! And yes, I do know, that it doesn't take this long to do such a thing! Such a disrespect! And only lies in the emails - wait for 10 days, wait for ten days more.... It should've been cool experience - the app is colorful, contains lots of info, has notifications and a widget.

3. Most infuriating app ever.The app no longer reminds me to put the bins out! It lists my address but says that there is no nation for the address.

4. The developer has given some advice on getting the reminders to work better and it appears to be doing a better job.Much prefer speed and convenience of previous version.

5. Prior to my collection on 13 Nov 2020, the app stated that, for my address, organics would be collected.

6. Meanwhile, I hope that the IT folk get more bleeding training!!!!!I asked to add my address to the list about FOUR monthes ago.

7. No clear immediate info on which bins go out when! The mybins is clunky bollocks.

8. Never seems to remind me at the set time to put bins out or bring them in.

9. Its now been over a week and still no progress made on that at spinning circle of death.

10. BUT.Works well for me but curious to know why this app tries to send tracking info to Google etc.

1. Fix Christchurch Bins Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Christchurch Bins: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Christchurch Bins App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Christchurch Bins" » Open Christchurch Bins » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Christchurch Bins » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Christchurch Bins app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Christchurch Bins servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Christchurch Bins" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Christchurch Bins app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Christchurch Bins might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Christchurch Bins. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Christchurch Bins then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Christchurch Bins not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Christchurch Bins be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
