1. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I do not recommend 😐This app keeps signing me out! And when I try to log in, it doesn't recognise my password! I've had to use the "Forgot Password option so many times, that it is really frustrating! You'd think that with the amount of money Spark rips off from people, they'd try and fix a small thing such as this app.
2. no way the online experience allows it, no way to talk to a real person, app doesnt recognise me, and no response from Chat so have to drive 150km to nearest store! UPDATE following Spark NZ response.
3. but so is the call center and even face to face in store doesn't sort the issues so maybe Spark itself is the problem.
4. This app is the worse out of all the apps I have ever used.awful. bought the 3 month prepaid for visitors but trying to keep number for extended stay is impossible.
5. Bloody useless.never able to speak to anyone, if you go into a shop they say it has to be done on line or via phone but to speak to anyone by phone is impossible it's all automated and the app is terrible to navigate.
6. The most recent example being most egregios when i have needed a big data boost urgently but have been unable to access the shop.
7. P.S I'm now up to 5 attempts over several months to fix the initial problem (and its still not fixed)Have had terrible experiences trying to purchase data from this app.
8. I bought the Spotify 50% subscription and slid the slider button to confirm/pay - and immediately after it went back to the same slider confirmation button, as if I hadn't just paid.
9. Eventually was able to add account details but still can't see the products showing which means I can't check why the internet isn't working.
10. Sort it out!How does a billion dollar company have an app as bad and non-user-friendly as this? The layout and navigation is confusing and makes no sense.
