iSPARKLE LIGHT Customer Insights

1. After a few days i noticed that when using "voice" the lights just froze , whether this was just a hiccup or a regular occurrence only time will tell, (maybe they just couldnt put up with any more xmas songs!!)Edit : please update app to include a wider range of options including a gentle sparkle.

2. Barely flashes with the pre-installed music, and no copyrited music allowed.lights are good quality and connection to phone was easy.(s7 edge) It would get more stars if the flashing and twinkle timer was adjustable, as there is little difference between "twinkle" and "flashing".

3. I love the flexibility of being able to change from warm white lights to colours and being able to alter the brightness.Convenient and decent amount of options.

4. Can't modify the strobe or light change transition times, and they're very quick, so just end up using these on steady white lights.

5. Would be nice if can set the default when 1st turning it on, to just a standard white light, not changing flashes etc..takes time to get to app to set to desired setting, while hurting eyes with the flash flash fade default mode.

6. Other than that, love the lights and app.Used to work fine but then the lights just suddenly disappeared from the app list and even after following all the instructions to reconnect and uninstalling and reinstalling and switching off Bluetooth and Location Services and the switching back on the lights still won't come back.

7. Best would be able to program your own sequence completelyThe app is very focused on the audio/music syncing of the lights which doesn't look that great and isn't useful for anything but the novelty of it.

8. A little frustrating having to access the app every time you switch the lights on in order to stop them constantly running through all the sequences they are capable off.

9. The sound/music elements are quirky but in reality never used...I bought some led multi colour lights last week and have found it to be a lot of fun.

10. When you first plug the lights in, it flashes (bad for epileptics), and the only way to stop it is with the app or unplugging it.

11. The twinkle mode is not exactly twinkle, as all that happens is all the lights flash on and off simultaneously.

1. Fix iSPARKLE LIGHT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iSPARKLE LIGHT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iSPARKLE LIGHT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSPARKLE LIGHT" » Open iSPARKLE LIGHT » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSPARKLE LIGHT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iSPARKLE LIGHT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSPARKLE LIGHT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSPARKLE LIGHT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iSPARKLE LIGHT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSPARKLE LIGHT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iSPARKLE LIGHT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSPARKLE LIGHT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSPARKLE LIGHT not working


2. Fix iSPARKLE LIGHT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSPARKLE LIGHT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSPARKLE LIGHT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSPARKLE LIGHT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
